If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  • Photo saving and sharing

These features are intended for personal and professional documentation.

You agree to use the App responsibly and legally.

You must not:

  •  Use it for illegal activities
  •  Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
  •  Upload or share harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without consent
  •  Misuse location data of others

You are responsible for how you capture, store, or share your photos.


4. Permissions

To function properly, the App may request certain Android permissions such as:

  • Camera (to take photos)
  • Location (to add GPS & map information to photos)
  • Storage (to save images to your device)

You may enable or disable these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Some features may not work without them.


5. Photo Data & Ownership

All photos you capture remain your property.

The App does not upload, store, or share your photos on any server.

All data stays on your device unless you choose to share it.


6. Third-Party Services

If the App includes ads, analytics, or map services, they may follow their own policies.

7. Modifications to the App

We may update, improve, or change the App at any time.

Some features may change, be added, or removed without notice.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Availability of map data
  • Device compatibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Damages resulting from improper or illegal use

  •  You misuse the App or permissions

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
